How it Works

Our Boxing Fitness Program is literally Off the Hook. All the benefits of Boxing without getting punched in the face! Strong toned upper bodies, improved cardio and great abs. We spend almost the entire class on the bag or mitts.

This 12 week Course will teach you simple, yet effective techniques to protect yourself from those situations that we never want to be in. 7pm Tuesday with Black Belt Sensei Corey Weithers.
